This is the third month that I have been adding things to the TEEAM/Spirit blog. Is anyone viewing it? If so, what do you think? Are there things I could do better? I would really appreciate some feedback.

Just a quick note to say I found this blog today ~ good information! One thing I'm looking for is the option to become a "follower" - I'm not seeing this option like I do on other blogs. For me, this option is one that allows me to stay on top of new posts.
